SETTLE THE INTERNATIONAL FEE
Complete payment for the international shipping fee to the destination Transhipper, based on the current rate.
CONNECT WITH YOUR LOCAL TRANSHIPPER
Once your fish reaches the destination hub, our Admin will connect you with your country's Transhipper to arrange final delivery to your address and settle any local handling fees.

DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY

If your fish is confirmed dead on arrival (DOA) at the destination Transhipper, you can choose: a refund of the fish price (minus the Jakarta-to-destination-Transhipper shipping cost), or a replacement fish as agreed with us.

For a replacement fish, you will need to pay the shipping cost again - both the Jakarta-to-destination-Transhipper fee and the destination-Transhipper-to-your-address fee.

Our Transhipper partner cares for your fish at their own quarantine facility using their standard of care, but is not liable for any damage or death occurring during that holding period.

Unboxing video is not provided as standard. If your fish arrives dead/DOA, the Transhipper will instead send photo or video proof of its condition.

IMPORTANT TERMS

Our international shipping service covers Jakarta to your destination country's Transhipper hub only. Final delivery from the Transhipper to your home address, along with any local customs/admin fees, is arranged directly between you and your destination Transhipper - our Admin will connect you once your order ships.

Shipment registration must go through a single official Customer Care channel to avoid data entry errors - we'll guide you through this process via WhatsApp.

International shipping fee payment is made via local bank transfer, according to the destination Transhipper's requirements.

Repacking is not the Transhipper's obligation.
